Facebook Groups: Where I've Made Most of My Money

Do not underestimate Facebook groups — they're a goldmine for connecting with your avatar.

Step 1: Only Join Active Groups

  • Scroll first. Are posts getting likes, comments, and engagement?
  • Only join groups where your avatar hangs out.
  • If your avatar is small business owners, join small business groups. If your avatar is real estate investors, join REI groups.

Step 2: Two Ways to Monetize Groups

1. Posting Value

  • Share tips, value posts, honeypot posts about funding, or educational breakdowns.
  • Example: "How I helped a small business owner get $100K in 0% interest funding."

2. Comment Farming

  • Search for keywords: "funding," "business loan," "credit," "capital."
  • Find posts where people are asking questions and leave helpful, non-spammy comments.
  • Then move the conversation into Messenger.

Posting Schedule

Put your posts on a set schedule. Example:

  • 10AM → Post in the "Trucking Business Owners" group.
  • Monday/Wednesday/Friday → Post in Small Biz Groups.
  • Tuesday/Thursday → Post in Real Estate Investor Groups.
